Think BiG Thoughts No. 3

Eleanor RooseveltDo something every day that scares you!

~ Eleanor Roosevelt

When interpreting this, we need to remember that fear isn’t an absolute thing: It’s a sliding scale that stretches from being scared to death, at one extreme, to feeling a little uncomfortable (or ‘slightly out of our comfort zone’), at the other.

Given that we only experience personal growth when we step out of our comfort zone, I think Eleanor was encouraging us to do just that: To ‘step out of our comfort zone’ and strive towards personal growth, on a daily basis.
Remember: If you’re going to think, you might as well Think BiG!

Have a great day,
